Санкции И Российский Рынок Труда: Эффект Пока Неочевиден

Abstract

Уровень безработицы в России продолжает снижаться, достигнув к маю текущего года 3,9%. Этот тренд в условиях кризисной экономической ситуации, порожденной международными санкциями, может объясняться двумя обстоятельствами. С одной стороны, слабым начальным эффектом санкций, который будет тем не менее усиливаться в дальнейшем, с другой стороны – тем, что санкции оказывают влияние прежде всего на средние и крупные компании, которые в кризисные периоды в гораздо меньшей мере склонны увольнять сотрудников, чем субъекты малого бизнеса.
