Abstract

Введение масштабных санкций против России оказывает негативное влияние на всю мировую экономику, способствуя ускорению инфляции и замедлению темпов экономического роста. На снижение темпов роста ВВП в большинстве стран G-20 повлияло, в том числе, ужесточение денежно-кредитной политики в развитых и развивающихся странах. Рекордно высокие темпы роста цен привели к тому, что в период с 1 апреля по 10 мая 2022 г. ставки денежно-кредитной политики были повышены монетарными властями США, Австралии, Великобритании, Канады, Южной Кореи, Индии и Бразилии. ФРС США заявила о начале сокращения баланса с 1 июня 2022 г. Банк России в апреле дважды снижал ключевую ставку в общей сложности на 6 п.п. с рекордного уровня в 20% годовых вследствие уменьшения рисков для финансовой и ценовой стабильности в российской экономике.
