Abstract

Несмотря на падение физического объема производства продукции сельского хозяйства и экспорта в 2021 г., превышение прошлогодних показателей в стоимостном выражении составило 17,1 и 21,3% соответственно. Основной вклад в изменение производственных индикаторов внесло снижение урожая зерновых на 9%. Потери в производстве овощей и картофеля были полностью компенсированы ростом производства масличных и сахарной свеклы. Рост продукции животноводства был несуществен. Структура себестоимости производства сельхозпродукции в сопоставлении с источниками ресурсов позволяет сделать вывод о риске ее роста в случае увеличения цен на внешнем рынке и снижения курса рубля в 2022 г.
