Abstract

Возобновление роста спроса повысило показатель удовлетворенности его объемами до 78% опрашиваемых промышленных предприятий. Отставание динамики выпуска от растущего спроса и логичная в условиях продолжающейся борьбы с коронавирусом осторожность удерживают производителей от наполнения складов готовой продукции. В ситуации пандемического кризиса промышленность испытывает трудности с пополнением запасов сырья. Возникший в начале третьего квартала дефицит кадров вынудил предприятия в июле-августе 2021 г. предпринять меры для восстановления набора персонала. Июльское повышение ключевой ставки ЦБ РФ не сказалось на предлагаемой промышленности ставке по кредитам.
