Abstract

В течение многих лет офшоры служили надежным механизмом налоговой оптимизации. По оценкам специалистов, Россия является мировым лидером по количеству вновь регистрируемых офшорных компаний1. России для эффективного противодействия размыванию налоговой базы следует не толь¬ко присоединиться к стандартам ОЭСР, но и вступить в эту международную организацию.
