Abstract

. Ce travail s’occupe en priorité de l’analyse des types d’autorités et des champs de pouvoir qui les structurent (ou déstructurent ?!), ainsi que des écarts qui arrivent souvent dans ce milieu. On va, donc, partir dans cette étude des éléments qui construisent les champs de pouvoir dans les universités roumaines, on va parler des hiérarchies, tout en passant par la construction de l’identité professionnelle des enseignants dans un contexte marqué par beaucoup de déviations.
