Abstract

It is our pleasure to present this research on Islamic leadership on organization performance, which has been conducted in an attempt to develop standards for organization. During preparation of this report, consideration is given to showing basic principles of Islamic leadership and its impact on organizational performance. Shariah advisors and their mrelationship with the value addition of the organization is also discussed. To conclude that Islamic leadership is good or bad for our society according to Shariah. Islamic leadership with the help of consultation,Justice, honesty and trust it has impact on the organizations performance in term off achieving goals.
