Indicatori statistici per la valutazione della soddisfazione didattica universitaria
Statistical indicators for the evaluation of university teaching satisfaction (by Paolo Cozzucoli, Salvatore Ingrassia, G. Damiana Costanzo, Angelo Mazza) . Objectives We present some simple statistical indicators and related graphical representations, to be considered in the analysis of data coming from student opinion surveys about educational activities in universities. Methods and Results These indices and graphics are normalized and capable to measure the satisfaction on specific areas of the learning process. Conclusions The proposed methodology could be applied in evaluation systems for measuring the university teaching satisfaction.
