Valutazione e gestione delle prestazioni: stato dell?arte e cornice teorico-concettuale

Abstract

Il presente articolo esplora in profondit? il concetto di gestione delle prestazioni (performance management) nel contesto organizzativo contemporaneo. Attraverso una rassegna della letteratura, vengono analizzate le caratteristiche distintive della valutazione delle prestazioni, le diverse tipologie esistenti, l?oggetto specifico del sistema di performance management, le sue molteplici finalit? e i soggetti chiave coinvolti nel processo. Il saggio discute inoltre gli ostacoli pi? comuni che possono inficiare l?efficace implementazione di tali sistemi. L?analisi evidenzia come la gestione delle prestazioni sia cruciale per lo sviluppo del personale e l?allineamento strategico delle prestazioni individuali e organizzative, pur presentando sfide significative nella sua applicazione pratica. Si sottolinea la necessit? di un approccio integrato e di una chiara comprensione delle diverse dimensioni del performance management per massimizzarne i benefici.
