Il continuo processo di miglioramento della sicurezza sul lavoro in Barilla

Abstract

La sfida della sicurezza e salute sul lavoro richiede una conferma continua del commitment del vertice aziendale e di progetti che consentano di far penetrare nell?organizzazione la consapevolezza dell?agire in prevenzione. In questo paper viene analizzata l?esperienza di Barilla utilizzando chiavi di lettura che sono associabili a differenti periodi di evoluzione della gestione della prevenzione nell?impresa. Nel primo periodo si ? impostata la conformit? a quanto richiesto dal dlgs 626/94 a partire dalla definizione delle responsabilit?; poi con il nuovo millennio ? stato fatto un importante investimento in formazione e sviluppo della cultura, a cui ? seguita a partire dal 2007 una fase incentrata sull?implementazione dei sistemi di gestione prima a livello nazionale e poi, con la crescita all?estero dell?impresa, a livello internazionale. Le ultime fasi sono poi state caratterizzata dall?impegno nei confronti della sostenibilit?, che porta con s? nuove sfide in cui si richiede un rinnovo dell?attenzione sulla sicurezza da parte di tutti le componenti dell?organizzazione a partire dai capi.
