I diritti dell?infanzia e dell?adolescenza alla prova durante la pandemia

Abstract

A tre anni di distanza dall?inizio della pandemia di Covid-19 ? possibile fare il punto su alcuni elementi emersi dalla situazione globale, soffermandosi sulle pe-culiarit? italiane: l?analisi restituisce un quadro multidimensionale di criticit? in cui si sommano profili relativi in particolare a povert?, salute, scuola e servizi educativi, disabilit?, tecnologie digitali, violenza in ognuno dei quali i diritti dei minori risultano compressi o violati. Eppure, dal punto di vista normativo, l?attenzione ai diritti dei minori ? ormai alta ed ? presente a pi? livelli, da quello internazionale, a quello europeo fino ad arrivare alla legislazione statale. Ma qual ? il livello di garanzia che in concreto ? stato riconosciuto in Italia ai diritti dell?infanzia e dell?adolescenza in Italia e in quale misura la pandemia ha avuto e continua ad avere anche oggi un ruolo in questo ambito?
