Chiedimi come sto. Studenti e salute mentale ai tempi della pandemia

Abstract

L?articolo si propone di restituire le principali evidenze emerse dall?indagine ?Chiedimi come sto? realizzata dallo SPI Cgil Nazionale con il coinvolgimento di oltre 30 mila studenti su tutto il territorio nazionale. Nel solco della tradizione della ricerca-azione, l?indagine parte dalla voce degli studenti per costruire schemi interpretativi attivando direttamente i soggetti destinatari dell?osservazione prodotta. Oltre a disegnare la dimensione valoriale e fiduciaria degli studenti interpellati e a coglierne alcune caratterizzazioni socio-anagrafiche, l?indagine si interroga su quale sia stato l?impatto della pandemia sulla salute mentale degli studenti, sui condizionamenti emotivi e sull?insorgenza di comportamenti a rischio. Particolare attenzione viene, inoltre, dedicata, a co-me la didattica a distanza sia stata vissuta e come abbia cambiato il rapporto con le istituzioni scolastiche e le relazioni con i coetanei e con il mondo degli adulti. In ultimo, l?articolo si conclude evidenziando i possibili spazi di confronto attra-verso cui costruite ponti intergenerazionali di collaborazione tra sindacati dei pensionati e sindacati degli studenti.
