Abstract

Le pagine seguenti mirano a illustrare, attraverso una sorta di alfabeto (dove per? mancano alcune lettere, poich? il percorso di ricostruzione non ? ancora completato) l?attivit? del commissario straordinario alla ricostruzione post sisma, il sistema legislativo e finanziario, e il percorso - con le relative regole per raggiungere gli obiettivi - necessario per dare alla societ? le dovute garanzie. Una cos? grande operazione richiede collaborazione, condivisione, intelligenza, lungimiranza e volont? di tutti. E soprattutto ha bisogno di FIDUCIA!
