La nuova questione giovanile in Italia negli anni della crisi

Abstract

Il contributo analizza gli effetti della crisi sulle condizioni dei giovani, ed evidenzia che in Italia si stanno delineando i contorni di una nuova questione giovanile. Il mercato del lavoro, all?insegna della flexi-insicurity, diviene ancora pi? inospitale per le nuove generazioni, alimentando incertezza per le loro scelte lavorative e personali. Il sistema formativo perde appeal come mezzo per la mobilit? sociooccupazionale; si diffonde il fenomeno dei Neet; cresce l?emorragia di capitale umano, anche qualificato, con sempre pi? giovani che cercano fortuna all?estero. Pur in presenza di tali criticit?, gruppi di nuove generazioni sono protagonisti di strategie innovative e risposte pro-attive alla crisi. Sullo sfondo, appare cruciale adottare misure e investimenti organici (welfare, lavoro, formazione, sviluppo), con una piena assunzione di responsabilit? da parte delle classi dirigenti, a lungo latitanti verso le problematiche dei giovani cittadini
