Ripensare l?integrazione sociosanitaria: chi paga che cosa

Abstract

L?integrazione sociosanitaria ha caratterizzato il dibattito sul welfare nella seconda met? del Novecento. Successivamente, il Piano sanitario 19982000 ha individuato i suoi fattori caratterizzanti: istituzionale, gestionale, professionale e comunitario. L?Atto di indirizzo sull?integrazione sociosanitaria del 2001 ha delineato una prospettiva originale: la sinergica composizione di tutti i fattori produttivi a disposizione, con metodologie finalizzate a questo traguardo. Faceva riferimento ai fattori produttivi professionali di natura sanitaria e sociale, nonch? ai fattori produttivi non professionali, ovvero le persone assistite e i loro familiari. Successive ricerche e sperimentazioni hanno evidenziato che il massimo dell?integrazione si ottiene investendo in questa prospettiva. Significa comporre tutte le capacit? e le risorse a disposizione con una metodologia che le renda sinergiche, ottimizzando il ?concorso al risultato? e la loro efficacia e sostenibilit?.
