L'occupazione del settore agricolo nel 2024. analisi dei dati inps

Abstract

Il lavoro agricolo ? nuovamente al centro dell?attenzione del mondo della ricerca economica e sociale. Uno specifico e rinnovato interesse viene in particolare riservato verso la componente dipendente dell?occupazione agricola. Il presente contributo si compone di due parti. Nella prima, in continuit? con l?attivit? di monitoraggio occupazionale condotta dal Dipartimento Organizzazione della Flai Cgil nazionale e dalla Fondazione Metes, partendo dalle informazioni messe a disposizione dagli Elenchi dei lavoratori agricoli subordinati pubblicati annualmente dall?Inps relativi all?annualit? 2024, vengono effettuati approfondimenti sulle peculiarit? e sulle dinamiche del mondo del lavoro agricolo. Nella seconda parte viene approfondita la problematica degli effetti che i diversi livelli di intensit? occupazionale, tipici delle varie attivit? agricole, generano sulle condizioni dei lavoratori del settore e vengono proposte linee di azione sindacale differenziate per i lavoratori ?vulnerabili/invisibili? e per i lavoratori ?garantiti?.
