Welfare eco-sociale e servizi di base universali. Riconciliare Crescita, coesione sociale e sostenibilit? ambientale

Abstract

La letteratura sul welfare ecosociale ha assunto una crescente rilevanza nel panorama degli studi sulle trasformazioni delle politiche sociali. Il suo fondamento risiede non tanto nel contributo della spesa sociale alla crescita e alla produttivit?, bens? in quello dato al disaccoppiamento tra crescita e sfruttamento illimitato delle risorse ambientali. In questo quadro, l?articolo prende in esame una delle componenti del welfare ecosociale, quella dei servizi di base universali come chiave di volta di sistemi di welfare territoriali non solo pi? inclusivi a basse disuguaglianze ma anche pi? sostenibili sul piano ambientale ed economico.
