Welfare regionale e non autosufficienza. La Toscana alla prova del Piano Nazionale di ripresa e resilienza

Abstract

Il Pnrr ha rilanciato nell?Unione Europea e in Italia una nuova stagione di investimenti pubblici, tra cui quelli destinati ai settori sanitario e sociosanitario, duramente colpiti dalla pandemia e chiamati a riorganizzare i percorsi di presa in carico territoriale al fine di realizzare un nuovo modello di assistenza, basato sula diffusione e la territorialit? dei presidi per garantire appropriatezza, multidisciplinariet?, personalizzazione delle risposte, valorizzando la dimensione di comunit?. Il presente contributo si concentra sulle politiche per la non autosufficienza per le persone anziane all?indomani della crisi sanitaria con l?intento di riflettere, a partire dall?attuazione del Pnrr in Regione Toscana, sulle criticit? emerse in fase di attuazione, che rischiano di indebolire l?efficacia degli investimenti e delle riforme realizzati per la tutela di diritti e servizi essenziali che, laddove mancanti o inadeguati tendono a rafforzare nella cittadinanza rassegnazione, sfiducia nelle istituzioni e, in ultimo, livelli crescenti di astensionismo.
