Il PNRRe la riduzione delle disparit?

Abstract

L?articolo analizza le interconnessioni tra i divari territoriale, di genere e generazionale, che da sempre rallentano lo sviluppo del Paese, e verifica il raggiungimento degli obiettivi trasversali del Pnrr in termini di equit? e sostenibilit?. A questo fine, l?articolo si concentra sullo stato di realizzazione della Missione 5 ?Inclusione e coesione? del Pnrr, anche attraverso i passaggi di revisione del Piano. I dati sono attinti dalla Relazione della Corte dei Conti sullo stato d?attuazione del Pnrr, dall?Istat, dall?Eurostat, dalle basi dati pubbliche (ReGiS e OpenPnrr) per il monitoraggio dei progetti Pnrr e dagli Indicatori di Benessere Equo e Sostenibile (Bes). Viene adottato il metodo di analisi quali-quantitativa dei dati a disposizione, integrato da un approccio intersezionale che mette al centro il valore della cura.
