Autonomia differenziata: un piccolo passo avanti

Abstract

Questa nota intende inserirsi nell?attuale dibattito sull?autonomia differenziata ex art. 116.3 della Costituzione, in particolare presentando alcuni spunti di analisi economica in materia di competenze e risorse da devolvere alle Regioni richiedenti. Ma, prima di affrontare tali problemi, ? necessario richiamare in estrema sintesi gli antefatti politici in tema di autonomia regionale, che servono a chiarire il contesto in cui, a parere dello scrivente, vanno collocate le attuali richieste di "ulteriori forme di autonomia" avanzate dalle Regioni Emilia- Romagna, Lombardia e Veneto.
