Abstract

Il saggio, dopo aver sviluppato brevi cenni sul principio di autonomia, prende spunto dalla negoziazione che attualmente coinvolge la Regione del Veneto nell?attuazione dell?Articolo 116, terzo comma, della Costituzione, introdotto nel 2001 dalla riforma del Titolo V: per esplicitare alcuni interrogativi di fondo riguardanti il cosiddetto "regionalismo asimmetrico".
