Il patrimonio rurale nutre la citt?

Abstract

L?agricoltura urbana non fornisce solo prodotti alimentari alla citt?, ma pu? fornire anche servizi culturali. Il patrimonio rurale, materiale e immateriale, presente nelle aree intra o peri-urbane costituisce una risorsa per costruire nuove comunit? urbane resilienti. Quali sono le caratteristiche delle organizzazioni portatrici di esperienze di agricoltura urbana (urban food gardening e urban farming) che possono meglio veicolare il beneficio culturale dell?agricoltura alla citt?? Il contributo risponde a questa domanda attraverso l?analisi di casi studio nelle citt? di Siviglia e Milano, mettendo in relazione la consistenza del patrimonio culturale materiale e immateriale con le modalit? di organizzazione della comunit? per la trasmissione del valore del patrimonio stesso.
