Il patrimonio rurale nutre la città

L’agricoltura urbana non fornisce solo prodotti alimentari alla città, ma può fornire anche servizi culturali. Il patrimonio rurale, materiale e immateriale, presente nelle aree intra o peri-urbane costituisce una risorsa per costruire nuove comunità urbane resilienti. Quali sono le caratteristiche delle organizzazioni portatrici di esperienze di agricoltura urbana (urban food gardening e urban farming) che possono meglio veicolare il beneficio culturale dell’agricoltura alla città? Il contributo risponde a questa domanda attraverso l’analisi di casi studio nelle città di Siviglia e Milano, mettendo in relazione la consistenza del patrimonio culturale materiale e immateriale con le modalità di organizzazione della comunità per la trasmissione del valore del patrimonio stesso.
