La "mesoeconomia" del contratto di rete: tra teoria e analisi empirica

Abstract

superamento di carenze strutturali del sistema produttivo e lo sviluppo dei territori consentendo l?interdipendenza stabile e governata fra imprese. Tale modello organizzativo facilita l?ottimizzazione della conoscenza posseduta dai singoli nodi della rete e la condivisione delle relazioni migliorando il posizionamento competitivo delle imprese anche in un momento congiunturale di forte crisi. Ispirata a questi presupposti, la normativa in vigore dal 2009 ha trovato riscontri molto positivi: a fine 2014 risultano costituiti ben 1.927 contratti di rete che coinvolgono 9.812 imprese, con un incremento del 37% al 2013. A livello mesoeconomico, in questa analisi si propone l?incrocio dei percorsi di sviluppo locale, delle peculiarit? settoriali dei territori regionali con l?esperienza del contratto di rete, inteso come strumento di politica industriale e anche come misura di sviluppo regionale. Si evidenzia infine l?importanza del territorio e delle politiche di sviluppo locale nell?utilizzo del contratto di rete condizionato, spesso positivamente, dalle specializzazioni settoriali regionali e dal livello di sviluppo raggiunto dai territori di appartenenza.
