Nuove tendenze delle politche di sviluppo nei sistemi locali di piccola impresa: il caso di Thiene

Abstract

L?articolo analizza le trasformazioni avvenute nel modo di regolazione dello sviluppo locale nel distretto industriale di Thiene, in seguito all?affermazione nel governo locale della Lega Nord. Il primo paragrafo illustra l?influenza delle subculture politiche territoriali sullo sviluppo economico di piccola e media impresa, mentre il secondo si concentra sul processo di erosione della subcultura e sulla crescita della Lega Nord. Vengono poi ricostruite le caratteristiche del modo di regolazione, sia a livello regionale che a livello locale, e le sue trasformazioni recenti. Il quarto paragrafo, infine, concentra l?attenzione sullo studio di caso. A questo proposito, le interviste a testimoni privilegiati - della politica e dell?economia -, hanno messo in evidenza come nel distretto industriale di Thiene l?affermazione elettorale della Lega Nord si accompagni ad una sostanziale continuit? con le politiche economiche e sociali precedenti.
