Strumenti di comunicazione digitale e public engagement. Il caso delle universit? europee

Abstract

Il ruolo delle Universit? oggi ? sempre pi? spinto verso la condivisione e diffusione del sapere oltre i confini prettamente accademici. L?Universit? diventa cos? un "partner" che collabora alla crescita delle proprie comunit? di riferimento e dialoga con tutti i soggetti che direttamente e indirettamente sono coinvolti a vario titolo nella sua attivit?. Tale processo ha manifestato segnali di forte accelerazione negli ultimi dieci anni grazie al sempre pi? diffuso utilizzo dei social network. Attraverso l?analisi empirica di un campione di Universit? Europee presenti in particolare su Facebook e Twitter, la ricerca si pone l?obiettivo di valutare come l?utilizzo di questi strumenti di comunicazione possano rafforzare le strategie di "public engagement" delle Universit?.
