L?Europa e le sue "raccomandazioni" perverse

Abstract

"Austerit? espansiva" e "riforme strutturali" sono i due pilastri di un Europa che ha perso la sua dimensione sociale e non persegue pi? crescita del reddito e dell?occupazione. Le "raccomandazioni" dell?Europa non contrastano gli effetti della crisi, ma li amplificano. Sul mercato del lavoro producono una riduzione dei salari reali e del ruolo della contrattazione. L?idea cardine ? quella di allineare la dinamica dei salari nominali alla produttivit?, mediante la contrattazione aziendale e individuale, riducendo il ruolo della contrattazione nazionale di settore ed eliminando ogni automatismo di recupero del potere d?acquisto del salario rispetto all?inflazione. Un cambio di rotta nella politica economica viene indicato: un nuovo modello contrattuale su salari e produttivit?, ed una politica industriale per l?innovazione con un forte intervento pubblico coerente con le linee tracciate in Europa dall?industrial compact.
