Abstract

Questo articolo racconta la storia di una ricerca-intervento realizzata da un gruppo di policy makers , impegnati a sperimentare nuove tecniche di animazione dello sviluppo economico a livello locale. La storia è focalizzata sui problemi incontrati nella fase costituente di un distretto tecnologico in Trentino, dove il gruppo è stato incaricato di promuovere processi di innovazione tra le imprese del settore costruzioni, nel segmento emergente degli edifici sostenibili. Lo studio di caso evidenzia che la nascita di un nuovo cluster richiede un elevato livello di imprenditorialità tra i policy makers e non solo tra gli attori privati.
