La (s)composizione della flessibilit? lavorativa: modulazione, forma e organizzazione del lavoro

Abstract

La flessibilit? lavorativa, intendendo i vari aspetti della relazione lavoratore-impiego, ? composta da almeno 3 componenti: la modulazione oraria dell?impiego, la forma contrattuale e l?organizzazione lavorativa. L?obiettivo principale di questo articolo ? la costruzione di indicatori sintetici in grado di misurare il livello di flessibilit? simultaneamente per le specifiche componenti, sia a livello individuale che aggregato. Inoltre la trattazione analitica di questi aspetti attraverso la lente normativa, economica e statistica consente anche una migliore identificazione della flessibilit? propria, legata a istanze temporanee, da quella impropria, usata per finalit? diverse da quelle previste dalla Legge. In questa seconda parte, infatti, si concentrano i costi economici e sociali pi? rilevanti della flessibilit?. Sono stati usati prevalentemente i dati Isfol Plus 2008.
