Competencias endógenas y vinculaciones en agentes pertenecientes a las tramas productivas automotriz y siderúrgica

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza las formas que adopta la organización del trabajo en firmas pertenecientes a las tramas automotriz y siderúrgica, teniendo en cuenta el lugar que cada una de ellas ocupa en relación al núcleo. También se considera la relación entre la organización del trabajo, el resto de los planos que definen las competencias endógenas y las vinculaciones entre las firmas. El estudio se basa en los resultados de una encuesta realizada a 171 empresas de las tramas mencionadas. Para determinar las formas que asume la organización del trabajo en estas tramas productivas, se realiza un análisis de cluster. Adicionalmente, se estima un modelo de regresión logística que permite evaluar la influencia de distintos factores en el desarrollo de las competencias endógenas de las firmas.
