Las nuevas metodologías en la enseñanza del Derecho: una experiencia práctica en el campo del Derecho Romano

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende exponer la experiencia de los autores en relación con las nuevas metodologías en la enseñanza universitaria, en concreto en el ámbito de su disciplina, el derecho romano. Los autores queremos poner de manifiesto la necesidad de adaptar por parte de cada profesor estas metodologías a sus necesidades en relación a la asignatura que imparten. En consecuencia exponemos el proceso de adaptación al nuevo sistema del aprendizaje por problemas del antiguo método de casos prácticos que desde hacía mucho tiempo venían utilizando.
