Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar tres situaciones jurídicas que inciden directamente en la evaluación del estudiante y suponen la aplicación de un régimen jurídico especial. Para ello nos centramos en la normativa aprobada por la Universidad de Málaga reguladora de la movilidad estudiantil, de la condición de estudiante con dedicación al estudio a tiempo parcial y de la evaluación extraordinaria o por compensación. A lo largo del estudio detectamos los problemas y puntos críticos de su regulación y formulamos algunas propuestas de mejora en las previsiones de los textos jurídicos y de su aplicación práctica.
