Abstract

La puesta en marcha del los nuevos estudios de Grado en el marco del proceso de convergencia del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior requiere que desde las distintas ramas jurídicas, se revisen los tradicionales patrones pedagógicos. De esta manera, se hace preciso reformular el papel del profesor universitario, así como se ha de reconstruir el ideario de la docencia, en particular, del Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social. Algo que requiere, de una parte, una nueva reflexión general sobre la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de los alumnos y, de otra, un nuevo diseño de herramientas y formatos docentes a partir de nuevas opciones metodológicas.
