La Verifica Dell’Apprendimento Negli Esami Giuridici

Abstract

L’articolo analizza le modalità di apprendimento e della verifica degli studenti nelle materie umanistiche e in particolare in quelle giuspubbicistiche, evidenziando come le modalità dei test a scelta multipla utilizzate in molti paesi assicurino alcuni requisiti, quali quelli di oggettività, attendibilità, validità e selettività. Passa poi a illustrare un’iniziativa editoriale intrapresa da alcuni professori italiani che hanno predisposto volumi di diritto interno e comparato con l’intento non solo di predisporre test finalizzati alla valutazione, ma anche di aiutare gli studenti nella fase di verifica dell’apprendimento.
