Métodos De Evaluación En Los Exámenes Jurídicos

Abstract

El artículo analiza los modelos aprendizaje y de evaluación de los estudiantes en las disciplinas humanísticas y, sobre todo en las jurídico-públicas, poniendo de relieve cómo el test de elección múltiple, utilizado en muchos países, garantiza ciertos requisitos, como la objetividad, fiabilidad, validez y la selección. Posteriormente se ilustra una iniciativa editorial desarrollada por un grupo de profesores italianos que han elaborado varios volúmenes sobre derecho interno y comparado con la intención de elaborar tests diseñados para evaluar, y también para ayudar a los estudiantes en la fase de comprobación de su aprendizaje.
