El Uso De Las Plataformas De Enseñanza Virtual Para Impartir Asignaturas Jurídicas

Abstract

El uso de plataformas de enseñanza virtual se está abriendo camino en el ámbito de la docencia universitaria. Prácticamente todas las universidades españolas cuentan hoy día con campus virtuales a disposición de la comunidad universitaria e intentan promover su uso. Este proceso se hace cada día más patente en la medida en que se piensa que dichas plataformas están llamadas a jugar un papel relevante en la renovación pedagógica que el espacio europeo de educación superior trata de impulsar. El presente artículo expone de una manera práctica y concisa cómo hacer uso de estas plataformas para impartir asignaturas jurídicas. Se basa en la experiencia del autor en el empleo de la plataforma virtual moodle, una de las más extendidas internacionalmente. El artículo explora las indudables ventajas que estos instrumentos aportan para la docencia universitaria pero apunta igualmente algunos de los inconvenientes o problemas que su uso está suscitando.
