Análisis Sobre Capital Social, Cultural Y Simbólico En Las Empresas De Celaya: Industria De Alimentos E Industria De Lácteos

Abstract

Este trabajo explora la importancia de la incorporación de las dimensiones sociales y culturales en los estudios organizacionales y económicos, y en específico aborda las formas de capital social, cultural, simbólico, comercial y tecnológico en la creación de empresas, en este caso de las Industrias de alimentos y también de lácteos. Se partió de la base de 420 testimonios, ante la pregunta abierta: ¿Nos podría contar brevemente la historia de la empresa, qué problemas tuvo y cómo los solucionó? Se seleccionaron por gremios los casos, principalmente aquellos discursos que tenían explícitamente implicaciones en el entramado social y en las formas de capital social, cultural y simbólico. Como resultado se encontró algunas formas culturales y sociales que tienen los empresarios para impulsar sus empresas: solidaridades, colaboraciones, valoraciones, aceptaciones, conocimientos, etcétera.
