Estrategia empresarial durante el período de pandemia como desarrollo de la economía local

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las estrategias utilizadas por el gerente en su negocio durante el periodo pospandemia. Como marco teórico, el estudio pasa a discutir el emprendimiento y la gestión de políticas públicas. En la metodología se entrevistó a 50 empresarios, utilizando un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Los resultados obtenidos indican, en una escala de acuerdo/desacuerdo, validada con alfa de Cronbach de 0,712, que el 39% está de acuerdo en que la ciudad ha ganado más fuerza con el emprendimiento local; el 30% empezó a recurrir a consultores; el 28% está de acuerdo en que ser emprendedor se ha convertido en su principal ingreso; y el 27% menciona que las políticas públicas del municipio ayudaron en nuevos emprendimientos. Por otro lado, el 23% señala que, debido a algunas implicaciones durante la pandemia, la empresa tuvo que realizar algunos despidos; 18% mencionó que la empresa casi cierra; y solo el 9% estuvo de acuerdo en que hubo un incentivo por parte del gestor público para eximir de impuestos. Como aporte, cabe señalar que en tiempos de crisis, como es el caso de la salud, se debe contar con el apoyo de políticas públicas que animen a los empresarios a definir sus estrategias como empresa, tal medida ayudará en el desarrollo de la economía local, con generación de empleo e ingresos.
