Abstract

El presente artículo exhibe en líneas generales el funcionamiento del Federalismo Fiscal en España, de manera que podamos entender como están distribuidos las competencias y los Ingresos a los Gobiernos Regionales y Locales, sirviendo como aporte a la discusión de la reforma de la Ley de Transferencias Regionales que se va a realizar este año en Colombia.
