Abstract

The control of the expansion, in the metropolitan areas, represents, now a days, one of the most important challenges that the governmental authorities, in almost every region should face, to understand the context in which metropolitan settlers life's develops, with it's different local, regional, national and world-wide interactions; constitutes an indispensable condition, in the methodological process of city planning.
