Abstract

Purpose: The paper deals with issues related to the fiscal policy and the impact on the Kosovo economy. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the impact of the fiscal policy on the economy and the financial effect on the budget in Kosovo. Design/methodology/approach: This article provides a theoretical overview of fiscal policy and its impact on the economy. To finalize the work, the material used includes scientific literature, as well as reports and publications from the Ministry of Finance, the Statistics Agency of Kosovo. To achieve the main objective of the article are different sources of data such as analysis method, comparative method, econometric analysis which has been analyzed and analyzed correlatively. Findings: In the framework of the work we have done regarding the analysis of fiscal policy and the impact on the economy in Kosovo, the results showed that: Fiscal policy affects economic processes and economic activities as well as effects on the budget in Kosovo. Practical implications: Through the study, we consider the results and recommendations to be taken into account by the interested parties and certain sectors in Kosovo.
