Abstract

In this paper Human Depelopment for the American Latin countries it is considered to be a latent variable defined by a set of items: Real GNP person, Expectation of Life, and Literacy. Quantum Measurement Technique, based on Rasch probability, is the instrument for measurement that variable. The computation is here applied to 19 countries providing a measurement for each country and item, and the misfiting analysis.
