Abstract

El presente informe ofrece una descripción analítica de la naturaleza de los procesos implicados en México en la pasada década, referidos a las repercusiones de la apertura externa en el empleo y sus características; las modificaciones inducidas en los términos de la contratación colectiva: la búsqueda de mayor productividad por parte de las empresas y las consecuencias de la utilización de personal con contratos de trabajo de corta duración o eventuales en los procesos de capacitación de las emresas manufactureras.
