Abstract

Visión general. En 1992, se mantivieron en general las principales tendencias económicas observadas en América Latina y el Caribe durante el año anterior: una expansión que supera el crecimiento de la población y una reducción de la inflación. Sin embargo, se registra ahora una mayor divergencia entre el comportamiento de diversas economías, destacando particularmente el hecho de las tendencias en el Brasil -que influye de manera determinante en el conjunto- se contrastan con las de la mayoría de los demás países...
