Abstract

Introducción. Las ideas asociadas a los contratos implícitos surgen de la obra de Martin Baily(1974), Costas Azariadis(1975) -quien aparentemente acuñó el término- y Donald F. Gordon(1974), aunque ciertas concepciones prekeynesianas del mercado de mano de obra, tales como el trabajo notablemente perdurable de John R. Hicks(1932) y los análisis posteriores de Armen Alchian(1969) y otros autores, son importantes predecesores. Esta línea de investigación ha estado muy activa en el último decenio y se destaca por su aplicación de la teoría microeconómica al problema del desempleo y de las fluctuaciones del empleo...
