Abstract

Presentación. La Tercera Reunión de Funcionarios Responsables del Comercio Exterior de los países de la Asociación Latinoamericana (ALADI), al igual que las dos anteriores efectuadas en 1983 Santiago y en 1985 Río de Janeiro, fue convocada por la CEPAL, con objeto de propiciar un amplio debate entre altos funcionarios de gobierno sobre los problemas centrales del sector externo latinoamericano. En esta oportunidad, la reunión se realizó en la ciudad de México, los días 25 y 26 de mayo de 1987, con el auspicio e importante colaboración de la Secretaría de Comercio y Fomento Industrial de México...
