Innovación social en el sector inmobiliario para combatir la exclusión social: el caso de ALAZTI Fundazioa

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta ALAZTI Fundazioa y analiza la importancia de implementar estrategias innovadoras en la provisión de alojamiento para que las personas en situación o riesgo de exclusión social puedan ejercer su derecho al acceso a un alojamiento digno. Así, tras la introducción y la presentación de las potencialidades de la innovación social en este ámbito, se explica el proceso por el que dos organizaciones del ámbito del Tercer Sector Social vasco identifican la necesidad de convertirse en agentes activos en el ámbito inmobiliario para poder garantizar que las personas a las que acompañan puedan integrarse de manera efectiva. A continuación, se exponen las diferentes opciones valoradas dentro del grupo promotor para hacer frente al reto que se les plantea. Tras analizar los puntos fuertes y débiles de cada una de las alternativas, se describe la estrategia finalmente adoptada, la creación de ALAZTI Fundazioa, así como los pasos dados para su implementación definitiva. Para finalizar, se recogen las principales reflexiones relacionadas con el tema.
