Abstract

Etxebizitza eskuragarritasuna Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko erronka estrategiko nagusietako bat da. Prezioen igoerak, alokairuaren tentsioak eta gizarte-sektore zaurgarrien egoerak erakusten dute sektore publikoaren esku-hartze zuzena egin beharko duela eta, era berean, tresna eta erregulazio berriak ere martxan jartzeko beharra dagoela bizitegi-politika inklusiboagoak eta eraginkorragoak diseinatzeko. Artikulu honek etxebizitza eskuragarri bilakatzeko dauden aukerak eta aurrez aurre jartzen dituen oztopoak aztertzen ditu, EAEko esperientzia zehatzetan oinarrituta. Horretarako, Alokairu Erregimeneko Familiei buruzko Inkestaren emaitzak eta faktore sozioekonomikoek eta geografikoek Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoan etxebizitzaren eskuragarritasunean nola eragiten duten aztertzen da.
