Abstract

Este artículo presenta el proceso llevado a cabo para obtener unos indicadores acordes con las definiciones especificadas en la Ley Estatal 12/2023, por el derecho a la vivienda, para identificar las zonas tensionadas en el mercado residencial de Euskadi. Para ello, se tuvo que realizar un análisis de las fuentes de datos estadísticos oficiales existentes en aquel momento, y amoldarse a la disponibilidad de datos y a la desagregación de la información disponible. Estos indicadores constituyen una herramienta esencial para la toma de decisiones en la identificación de zonas tensionadas; sin embargo, con el objetivo de poder ofrecer información más precisa y en ámbitos geográficos de menor tamaño, va a ser necesaria una continua revisión de la nueva información estadística que se vaya disponiendo y su aplicación en los indicadores propuestos.
