Una nueva condición de calidad del empleo: la gestión de la diversidad etaria en clave de sostenibilidad integral

Abstract

La “calidad del empleo” carece de definición legal, pero conoce múltiples dimensiones. Siempre se identificó con el contrato indefinido y retribución justa. Hoy no es suficiente y debe afrontar nuevos retos, como la transición demográfica. La OCDE recomienda mejorar el empleo seniors, para sostener el crecimiento económico y las pensiones, ante la reducción de mano de obra joven y el aumento de las personas mayores. Pero nuestro mercado mantiene un alto paro senior y las empresas orillan la gestión de la salud en clave de diversidad generacional. Pero sin cuidar el bienestar de las personas según su ciclo de vida su activación a más edad será un mito, por lo que se impone políticas dirigidas hacia una sostenibilidad integral, incluida la ambiental.
