Diseño, construcción y validación de un indicador sintético de emprendimiento

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal el diseño, construcción y validación de un indicador sintético capaz de medir y socializar la realidad y evolución de un ecosistema emprendedor en toda su complejidad. Para lograr este objetivo nos basamos en la identificación de un marco teórico robusto que defina y acote el objeto de medición; la aplicación de un proceso metodológico riguroso y basado en estándares internacionales, que se fundamenta en la selección, tipificación, ponderación y agregación de una base de indicadores; y la garantía de una serie completa de datos de calidad. En definitiva, el resultado de este estudio es el diseño metodológico y la posterior validación del Indicador Sintético del Ecosistema Vasco de Emprendimiento. Este indicador se presenta como herramienta de difusión y comunicación social, así como de evaluación de políticas públicas y del ecosistema emprendedor. Asimismo, la metodología es transferible y potencialmente escalable a otros entornos y ecosistemas emprendedores.
